TCTS is the visual development practice of Neil Gittins.

With over fifteen years of experience across film, television, animation, and live experiences, Neil has collaborated with studios including Netflix, BBC, Nexus Studios, Passion Pictures, Electric Theatre Collective, Nathan Prince Studio, and Bait Studio, creating title design, conceptual imagery, and visual systems for projects ranging from feature films to large-scale live performances.

Today, TCTS helps directors and creative teams shape the emotional language of films, series, and live experiences through conceptual direction, visual development, and title design.

Working alongside directors and creative teams, the practice develops atmosphere, visual language, symbolism, and cinematic identity that help define the emotional character of a project from its earliest stages.

Rather than simply creating images, the work establishes visual coherence—helping projects discover how they should feel before deciding how they should look.

Whether developing title concepts, visual language systems, tone studies, cinematic stills, or broader conceptual frameworks, the objective remains the same:

To create worlds that feel emotionally precise, coherent, and memorable.

In an era of generative speed, TCTS continues to value coherence, restraint, and human rhythm.
